Shipping conditions

Shipping zones:

Shipping takes place once a week to all countries within the European Union, but not to Austria.

Unfortunately, I can no longer deliver to Austria as of 2023 due to legal changes! I deeply regret this situation. Unfortunately, there is currently no economic way for smaller companies to maintain the shipping process to Austria.

Condition and size:

The size and number of plants are specified on the product page. Generally, there is a distinction between small, medium, and large plants. Other sizes are occasionally available as special offers.

To conserve resources, standard shipping is usually done unpotted!

All offered plants come from artificial cultivation and have not been (illegally) taken from nature!

Shipping duration:

The current average shipping duration is indicated on the respective product pages. Since I ship once a week, mainly at the beginning of the week, the average shipping time is between 4 and 7 working days.

As a passionate collector who regularly receives many plant deliveries myself, you benefit from years of shipping experience from and for exotic plant lovers!

Please note that I am currently only conducting plant shipping as a side business in my free time! If I need a few extra days for shipping, I kindly ask for your understanding in advance. :-)

Temperatures:

Shipping only takes place at temperatures between 0-25°C!

I kindly ask you to inform yourself sufficiently before placing your order whether the temperatures in your target region allow for damage-free shipping, as I unfortunately cannot be held liable for any transport damage and only check the temperature "from the factory" before shipping.

- uninsured - small package (up to 2kg) - €6.00
- Parcel shipping up to 5kg (with tracking) - €9.00
- Parcel shipping up to 10kg (with tracking) - €12.00
- Parcel shipping up to 20kg (with tracking) - €20.00
- Free shipping up to 10kg (from €100 order value, with tracking)
- Shirts - €5.00 (Separate shipping via Spreadshirt)

 

European Union (EU):

- no tracking (up to 2kg) - €12.50
- parcel (with tracking) - up to 10kg! - €20.00
- free shipping up to 10kg (min. order value €150), tracked parcel
- Shirts - €7.50 (separate shipping via Spreadshirt)
