Shipping and payment terms
We deliver reliably and safely within the European Union. To conserve resources, standard shipping is unpotted! As passionate collectors who always receive many plant shipments ourselves, you benefit from years of shipping experience from and for exotic plant lovers! All offered plants are of course from artificial cultivation and have not been (illegally) taken from nature! Shipping occurs once a week, mainly at the beginning of the week. However, we do not deliver to parcel stations and post offices!
Important!:
The standard shipping is done unpotted! Substrate and pots must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated. Please ensure you have enough substrate on hand at the time of your order so that you can pot your plants directly.
Unfortunately, due to legal changes, we can no longer deliver to Austria starting in 2023!
We deeply regret this situation. Unfortunately, there is currently no economic way for small businesses like ours to maintain the shipping process to Austria.
