Pinguicula esseriana var. Jaumavensis is a fairly compact Mexican butterwort. In the winter months the plant does not retreat into a rosette, but the leaves are smaller and no longer as compact in growth as over the summer months. The all year-round warm culture on the windowsill or with additional lighting is perfectly possible. To this day, the experts still discuss on whether P. esseriana, jaumavensis and ehlersiae are separate species or different forms or variations. Since the plants in our collection only differ slightly in their flowering, but come from a reliable source, we continue to carry them under the name P. esseriana var. Jaumavensis. You get 1-2 plants. The dispatch takes place either potted or unpotted!
