Pinguicula macrophylla is a very rare butterwort species with egg shaped leaves. In the winter months, this species retreats completely to an underground bulb, which is why the substrate should have good aeration. During dormancy, plants should be kept cool and dry. With the right conditions, however, you will be rewarded with a particularly extravagant bloom. You will get a young plant. We highly recommend potted shipping!
